Orders being shipped to Australia and New Zealand:
1. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Name, shipping address, mailing address and phone number.
2. Model number of your pressure cooker or canner
3.Part numbers and quantities
4. Call us to confirm receipt of e-mail and with credit card/ payment method
You will be responsible for any tax / duties (if any).
Shipping/ freight charges, handling charges and customs processing will be discussed and billed before shipment.
There is about an 18-20 hour difference in our time zones 12 p.m. Noon Monday here is 6 a.m. Tuesday in Sydney, Australia.
Our office phone hours are 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. Friday, Mountain Standard Time U.S.A we are closed weekends and all holidays.
Orders shipped to New Zealand and Australia can not be canceled or refused after shipped. Any returns, cancellations or refused deliveries customers will be responsible and charged for return shipping and may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Please make sure your ordering the right parts, Any returns will be expensive!
