In stock items only.
All American Pressure Cookers and Canners, CHEF’SDESIGN Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker
are shipped from the manufacturer in Wisconsin.
Express shipping is not available on these items.
We do stock the American Pressure Cooker and Canner parts, thay are available for express shipping.
Presto pressure canners , 16 and 23qt. Do to short supply, are shipped from Mississippi and may take 4-5 days to ship.


Order will be shipped US Mail or UPS Ground if it is being shipped inside the Continental United States. All orders shipped outside the Continental United States will be shipped UPS Standard or US Mail.
Most Parts are shipped U.S. Mail.
We reserve the right to ship UPS or US Postal Service depending on the item and the circumstances as long as the customer has no additional cost.

Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order, Most orders are received by the customer within 3 to 6 business days of placing the order. All orders shipped outside the United States must go through customs and may take longer.

How Do I return a package?

Before you return a package email us, and get a RMA number. With out RMA number may result in our not accepting your return.

The PRESTO Sealing Ring I ordered is Too BIG ?


All merchandise (unless damaged in shipping) must be returned to us in a new re-sellable condition with the original box, all factory or product manuals and factory packaging materials. Failure to include these materials may result in our not accepting your return. You will be charged shipping to return the merchandise to you.

Please package all returns carefully. We suggest you check with the shipping service you will be using to return your package to insure that the package is packed properly. We also suggest you purchase insurance on the package equal to the value of the merchandise. You are responsible for return shipping charges. You are responsible for any damage that may occur during return shipping.

No return on parts that have been installed. (With the exception of sealing rings/ gaskets) that must be installed and "broke in" to fit and seal correctly.
No return on pressure cookers, canners or sterilizers that have been used and have water marks.

The purchase amount will be refunded less shipping.

Please Note the following: Some products are drop shipped from the manufacturer. Regardless of point of origin all merchandise must be returned to the above address for proper credit. Merchandise not returned to the above address is subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Damage Policy If your package arrives damaged, please notify the delivery person immediately. Cooking and Canning must be notified of any shortage or damaged merchandise within 10 days.

Manufacturer's warranty may apply after 30 days of purchase.
